How To Have Your Cake & Not Eat It All Too – A Guide To Adult Bulimia Recovery.
I always wanted to “pay it forward” once I recovered. I completed a Life Redesign coaching program, where I honed skills in NLP,, timeline therapy and cognitive therapy. My lifetime dream, from the age of 9, came true when this year I received my Masters’s Certification in Handwriting Analysis and Grapho-Therapy. As a child, I was fascinated by the books my mother had on handwriting. Through this neuro-science, I hired my children’s nannies. It never failed to be accurate.
With these skills, I am now able to coach people through recovery with my Bulimia Recovery Coaching program that is derived from my G.A.L.© Plan. Although I have a 13-week program set out, I also understand that everyone is an individual, so the order of the program may not suit all, hence I tailor it to best meet the needs of my clients.
I am not acting in the capacity of therapist or counselor. I am a coach. I listen and assist YOU in creating a plan best suited for YOU.
This book means a lot to me because it speaks to the population of women out there who have struggled for years and are now in their adult stages of seeking recovery. Not an easy thing to do. I am hoping this book will be a helpful guide.
In it, there are three chapters included from my book Make Up Not Required – How To Brand The True YOU. I added these because they are exercises I believe to be beneficial in the process of moving forward.
Although the book is about branding, it focuses on “finding the true self” and includes several chapters with exercises and information on how to do so. I do find that many bulimics lose themselves over time. Some of us even feel disconnected from the world out there.
If you would like more information on my program, please feel free to email me at bulimiacoach@gmail.com
If any of you out there need to reach me at any time, please feel free to text me or call me at 905-462-4338. A pre-text requesting time would be beneficial so that I can recognize the telephone number.
